Before You Request and Estimate

We are a small, locally operated business and are often actively working in the field during normal business hours. Many estimates are prepared and sent after hours. The more detailed information you can provide upfront, the faster and more accurately we can prepare your estimate without additional follow-up questions. It can also enable us to provide an estimate without the need to schedule a visit first.

  • Measurements are extremely helpful when applicable
  • Include links or photos of fixtures/materials being installed
  • Combine multiple small items into one visit when possible
  • Let us know if specialty materials, tall ladders, or attic/crawlspace access are required

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We operate professionally and carry insurance for the services we provide.

Yes. We specialize in small-to-medium repair, installation, maintenance, and punch-list projects for both residential and commercial customers.

How do I schedule service?

You can contact us by phone, text message, or through our website contact form. Providing photos and detailed project information helps us respond more quickly and accurately.

What are your hours?

Business hours may vary depending on scheduling and project workload. Because we are often actively working in the field, responses and estimates may be sent outside of standard business hours.

Pricing & Estimates

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, often. Many projects can be quoted remotely using photos and project details. Larger or more complex projects may require an on-site estimate, and in some cases may not be free. Also, some commercial estimates may not be free.

How do you price your services?

Most projects are quoted at a fixed price based on project scope, complexity, materials, and estimated labor requirements.

Do you have a service minimum?

Yes. We have a minimum service charge for all scheduled visits to cover travel time, scheduling, setup, tools, and administrative costs. This allows us to continue providing reliable and professional service for projects of all sizes.

Do you require deposits or retainers?

Yes. We require a retainer for all scheduled projects and service appointments. This helps us maintain a more reliable schedule, reserve dedicated time for your project, reduce cancellations, and properly plan labor and materials in advance.

Will there be additional material charges?

Most estimates include standard materials required to complete the project. In some cases, additional charges may apply for specialty hardware, customer-requested upgrades, permit costs, delivery fees, disposal fees, or unforeseen conditions discovered during the project.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most forms of payments.

Project Expectations

Can multiple projects be combined into one visit?

Yes. Many customers create a punch list of repairs or installation items to maximize the value of a service visit.

Do I need to provide materials?

In many cases we can provide common materials and hardware. Customers may also choose to provide their own fixtures, finishes, or specialty products.

Do you clean up after the work?

Yes. We make reasonable efforts to leave the work area clean and organized after project completion.

How soon can you start?

Scheduling availability depends on workload, project size, material availability, and current scheduling commitments. Contact us for current availability.

Do you warranty your work?

Yes. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and offer a limited workmanship warranty on completed labor. Warranty coverage applies to installation or workmanship-related issues only and does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, customer-supplied products, manufacturer defects, pre-existing conditions, structural movement, water intrusion, or unrelated failures outside our scope of work.

What types of projects do you NOT take?

We primarily focus on repair, maintenance, installation, and small-to-medium projects. We generally do not take large-scale remodeling, roofing, foundation repair, or highly specialized trade work requiring specialty licensing.
