Do you handle small jobs?
Yes. We specialize in small-to-medium repair, installation, maintenance, and punch-list projects for both residential and commercial customers.
How do I schedule service?
Contact us by phone, text message, or through our website contact form. Photos and detailed project information help us respond more quickly and accurately.
What are your hours?
Business hours may vary with scheduling and project workload. Because we are often working in the field, responses and estimates may be sent outside standard business hours.
Pricing & estimates
02 / 04Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, often. Many projects can be quoted remotely using photos and project details. Larger or more complex projects may require an on-site estimate, which may not be free. Some commercial estimates may not be free.
How do you price your services?
Most projects are quoted at a fixed price based on project scope, complexity, materials, and estimated labor requirements.
Do you have a service minimum?
Yes. Our minimum service charge covers travel time, scheduling, setup, tools, and administrative costs, allowing us to provide reliable service for projects of all sizes.
Do you require deposits or retainers?
Yes. We require a retainer for scheduled projects and service appointments. This reserves dedicated time, supports a reliable schedule, and helps us plan labor and materials.
Will there be additional material charges?
Most estimates include standard materials. Additional charges may apply for specialty hardware, requested upgrades, permits, delivery, disposal, or unforeseen conditions discovered during the project.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most forms of payment.
Project expectations
03 / 04Can multiple projects be combined into one visit?
Yes. Many customers create a punch list of repairs or installation items to maximize the value of a service visit.
Do I need to provide materials?
We prefer to provide common materials and hardware so we can ensure the right products are used for the job. Customers may also choose to provide their own fixtures, finishes, or specialty products.
Do you clean up after the work?
Yes. We make reasonable efforts to leave the work area clean and organized after project completion.
How soon can you start?
Availability depends on workload, project size, material availability, and existing commitments. Contact us for current availability.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. We offer a limited workmanship warranty on completed labor. It applies to installation or workmanship issues and does not cover normal wear, abuse, customer-supplied products, manufacturer defects, pre-existing conditions, structural movement, water intrusion, or unrelated failures outside our scope.
What types of projects do you not take?
We focus on repair, maintenance, installation, and small-to-medium projects. We generally do not take large-scale remodeling, roofing, foundation repair, or highly specialized work requiring specialty licensing. That said, we welcome you to ask us about any project you have—there is a good chance we can help, or offer a variation of the service you need.
