We do have a minimum charge for work. We also require an up front retainer. This is for any type of job, including labor-only jobs. We implemented this policy due to customers booking us and canceling at the last-minute. We are a small business and we need to have a schedule that allows us to stay in business. We ask that you do your research and price shopping prior to booking us. The project retainer ensures we are both committed to the scheduled work.
